Machine

numerical control

We utilize high-speed 3-axis machining centers, cnc turning centers, and a cnc plasma/oxy-fuel cutting table to provide our customers with efficient solutions to getting what they need.  Machine work is taken very seriously in that our staff is vetted for their skills and we don't hire "jacks of all trades" for precision work.  There are multiple levels of redundancy regarding part inspection, and offline programming is analyzed to ensure that the most efficient tool paths are being used in any cnc process.  We strive to remain current with new technologies, techniques, materials, etc... in order to stay competitive, fuel our creativity, and reevaluate our processes.

Manual

Modern technology has it's limits and we're prepared for that with our manual machine tools.  On this side of the shop we have a surface grinder, 24 x 144 lathe, 30 x 120 lathe, 15 x 60 lathe, 15 x 60 lathe with a tool post grinder, bridgeport knee mills, various saws, and a line boring machine.

Fabricate

From torching structural steel to polishing aluminum handrails our team of metal fabricators has a thorough skill set that allows us to take on complicated projects with confidence.  We are prepared to cut, bend, and weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals to whatever demanding specifications you may have.  

Convey

belt Installation

We offer conveyor belt installation of any length and width with a mechanical splice and we can vulcanize heavy and light weight belts up to 48" wide.  When we come out to look at a belt job we'll also look at impact zones, training idler position, troughing and return idler condition, and various other aspects that contribute to a smooth-running conveyor system.

structural repair

When conveyor issues extend beyond component failure we look into the alignment, chute design, and anything else involving the framework of the conveyor that may be hindering performance.

from scratch

With engineering tools from component OEM's and 3D modelling software at our disposal we can also offer custom conveyor systems. 

Automate

Often times our customers will present us with the challenge to get from "A" to "B" with no clear path as to how they would like to achieve this.  From here we will analyze the situation and either determine how to implement readily available products or design a custom solution.  We use the latest 3D modelling software to help our customers visualize our ideas and provide a digital proof of concept.
